Pierced Spearhead Through the Hand
Pierced spearhead through the hand. This man was doing some fence work when he slipped and instinctively tried to hold on one of the spearheads, which pierced and got lodged through the palm of his hand. Luckily, it missed all the main blood vessels in the hand.
