Id bet it was a motor cycle accident. See his forearm in the first pic? How all the flesh has been scraped off almost all the way to the bone. Betting that's a real bitchin case of road rash. Assuming he did crash I wonder if the road is what eviscerated him or what ever he hit/snagged on.
