A condition more common in uncircumcised men. You don't have to neuter your boys, just give em a little snip  . two weeks and you're better than these lads

the circumcised don't collect smegma [easily] and are less prone to infections in that region. But yes, poor hygiene and lack of a penile owner's manual are the main reasons for this largely bacterial infection. |
