The first two days ice cream is hard, because you are too mucousy. After that. Ice cream is the best. My husband bought me these flavors: strawberry, birthday cake, raspberry chocolate chip, and java chip. He's definitely the most awesome guy ever.

I got mine lased and it healed good but took about a month before it stoped hurting.

They gave me the popsicles they give to chemo patients. then i threw up stomach acid + freshly cauterized throat is a no go.

Slept for two whole hours last night. Woke up at 5 AM with a mouth full of blood, that would not quit. Wish I could remember how to get these photos off my phone. (bathroom sink and towel filled with blood) My husband was on his way to work. I sent him a photo text to show him how bad I was bleeding. He turned around and came home, to take me to the ER. Well my lovely visit to ER is over. They kept me all day and gave me two blood transfusions. The raw spot in my throat finally clotted. I'm severally anemic again, which is slowing my healing. I will be headed back to Dr.Johnson tomorrow to have him take a look at my raw throat. Maybe provide clotting medicine. This experience has been awful.
