Amature. It was WAY obvious from the snake's behavior that it was hungry and wanted to eat. That is NOT the time to handle them. Hopefully, she learned a lesson.

Pythons are wonderful animals (the Burmese Python being my favorite <3) but they're most certainly not a pet for everyone. All too often people just cannot be bothered to find out even the basic facts about the species they're planning to have. Including reading their gestures and when it is NOT a good time to try handling them  Well, at least we got some material for this site so it wasn't for nothing  |

I grew up in south Florida just a few miles from the Everglades. My house was a block away from swampy wilderness. As kids we caught all sorts of snakes and kept them as pets. And what I know is you have to be a complete fucking idiot to keep reptiles as pets. Like I said, they don't give a fuck if you exist and would just as soon eat you. What kind of a pet is that? |

Well they can. If you chop a head off a snake, it can still come for you. Stupid people who behead a venomous snake that they perceive as a threat, can still launch their heads a fair old way, and envenomate you. It's freaky zas fuck. |
