My late middle brother used 714 for his password/pin for everything. He youngest daughter asked me recently if I knew what it was. I told her what it was. Hypnotic tranquilizers! I remember being under the influence of them or some other kind of down and I was sitting at a bar and a shoe fell off. Some kind guy picked it up and put it back on for me a la Cinderella! I also had a guy show up at my house and I had no recollection of meeting him, but, he knew my life story.  I do know there was no sex or anything. Just chatting in a club.  |

Yes it was rampant here in ireland for around 2 years and it was sold in shops. These shops were called head shops and were eventually closed nationwide. A few serious incidents and injuries led to public outcry and the media got behind this. But it only forced the supply chain underground |

In the 70's, head shops here sold rolling papers, pipes, incense and things like that. Patches for clothing, earrings, whatever... |
