Saw that at my job once. The patient had a fresh trach placed in and was on a vent. Somehow the trach shifted and his whole body very quickly filled with air. He died from it.

you get this usually from smoking, or having too much co2 trapped in your lungs, i teach my self to breath out longer for few breaths, so you get all co2 out, causing metabolic acidosis
