Partial Evisceration
A motorcyclist was partially eviscerated after striking a metal bollard. Multiple bowel loops are visible. He required an ileostomy and underwent a total of 8 surgeries. He was discharged after 6 weeks in the icu and eight months later his ileostomy was reversed.  · |
