Mexico, Armando was already out of his parking lot when the victim, that was in a hurry, blocked the exit as he left his car to go to the ATM to withdraw some cash. Armando tells him to move the car but the victim tells him to wait as he will be right back. Armando however leaves his car holding a knife and starts a fight with ends stabbing the victim in the side of his skull.
The victim was transported to the hospital with the loss of his left eye and Armando in a holding cell facing the crime of serious injuries, whose penalty goes from 5 to 12 Years of prison and fine of up to 100 days of salary, according to the criminal code of the state of Veracruz, Mexico.
