That doesnt look like a painball injury, it just looks like an eye that never developed properly. I went paintballing once, the guys in charge said never take off your protective head/eye gear as a paintball shot is powerful enough to go thru the eye socket and explode on the back of your skull. Not sure if thats true or not just saying is all.
