Doubtful. Babies born with these type of deformities have brains which have developed incorrectly, if at all. They might live a few days if the brain stem is functioning.

This doesn't look like a human, looks like a baby chimp because the fingers are really long, so are the fore arms and the feet. Bit human baby proportions.  |
