After what I've heard the men pumped their balls to be more attractive to the gals. It was also a sign of immortality, showing "HAHA, gravity and age can't get my balls!" In some cultures the women did the same with their cheeks to compensate for their now saggy boobs. Ballpumping is still quite common in the bodymodification scene, but since doctors have to make a fuzz of everything, it's usually not seen i to this degree anymore.. Saline and air injections are also quite common. |

Probably not, most of the time ot's probably pumping.. Sent the image to my boss, and he was quite sure it was a result of ballpumping(ans he should know, his balls are massive  )Oh, and elephantitis are actually quite rare, so the odds that many men from the same tribe having it are close to 0 |

Well, usually people get turned on by it.. My guess is that these guys probably either have put something in it(not infants=p) or pumped them.. But air, saline and silicone is quite often used noadays. Air and saline are temporary, but siliocone is permanent. |
