This is a medical center following a bomb blast. The dead children are ones that didn't make it. This girl survived and is being assessed. No organ snatching here.

With bodies piling up and people being mangled make-shift hospital and medical places are probably everywhere. And if a stiff can provide something for someone not dead then do it. I don't believe this "organ mafia" things based off THIS video but I'm sure black market organ "mafias" exist.  |

Syria is a place where unspeakable cruelty is an everyday normality.- I am sure they were about to smother that child, something clean. And that was not a pan put under her. It a plastic catch basin/tub. And you have the small bodies bagged in the room/building. Plus, the natural human instinct has taken over the child. She knows for a fact that she is in big trouble. Not sure how they know, human instinct is a built-in mechanism. I know, I was stabbed in the Back a long time ago. Fact- there was literally an alarm going off in my head. It kept saying your in trouble !!
