Re: Open Sternum
The video won't play for me. Last Christmas I became a member of the zipper club, this is an endearment given to those who have had open heart surgery. I had what's called Myxoma a tumor growing inside the heart. I was getting short of breath since the growth was partially blocking the atrium. I was carrying too much fluid so a baxter pump was fitted to the largest part of the incision. The scar became infected so then I had a pick/pic line inserted through my shoulder into my heart for antibiotics. Overall I did not feel a thing, my sternum may have been cracked like a crab but there was no pain from the op itself. |

Re: Open Sternum
The breathing sounds! Just wow! Had headphones on and forgot all about volume being on because music finished a while ago.
