It is not a photomanipulation. If I wanted everyone to know where I got these, I would give you the link to the medical prenatal / neonatal medicine site I find them on, complete with citations and the name of the doctor.

Also, with the conjoined head, there are probably some severe brain abnormalities even though the head looks reasonably normal.

No way, if you look at the body appearance, that is not a recent born baby, it lived for a while i presume.
