Looks like she has Bartsocas-Papas syndrome. A rare, but frequently lethal disorder characterized by marked popliteal pterygium associated with multiple congenital malformations.

Poor little thing...  Such a hard start to her life... I do hope that she's not going to have a bunch of other problems on top of what she has already!
