A slight difference is normal. Mine aren't perfect matches, neither or my nipples, but, no one ever complained. One nipple is not fully developed and as sensitive as the other one. Our bodies, including our faces, are not symmetric. Most of our faces are not as off as Shannon Doherty, thank goodness!

Very common, although that is a more extreme case. It could have been brought on by breastfeeding, or she may have developed that way. My son prefered the left (bigger one) when I was nursing him. But it was bigger before he came along.
