My left one is a teeny bit larger than my right one. You'd only notice if you stared at them for a long time though.

The tummy is not abnormal for someone who has had children, but the tanning is not a good idea! It makes stretch marks worse. As far as breast asymmetry? Very common, although that is a more extreme case. It could have been brought on by breastfeeding, or she may have developed that way. Sometimes the baby prefers one side over the other.. and, well, it can lead to incongruities  !
