Re: Oklahoma City Teenager Loses Arm In Oil-pump Accident
hmmmm... looks like he was wearing the fashion statement nightmare that makes a grown man look like a four year old boy playing dress up with his daddy's clothes. Wonder if the saggy-baggies had anything to do with it. Grabbing his sleeve maybe? Hey though- the upside is- he just might qualify for a disability check now... ;)

Re: Oklahoma City Teenager Loses Arm In Oil-pump Accident
And why bother with a painkiller to cut that off? How many soldiers close to his age have had amputations in the field with NOTHING to ease their pain? A lot...

Re: Oklahoma City Teenager Loses Arm In Oil-pump Accident
If they left the pump going they could have saved the surgeon a trip by letting it finish the amputation. He was gonna lose it anyway so why not just wait for him to get to the hospital for the clean-up? Cold-hearted? Perhaps. Perhaps I believe in learning life's lessons properly. Of course the gene-pool wasn't exactly helped by his remaining functional. Maybe he'll learn from his mistake and try to play on power lines instead. |
