The Octoman
Rudy Santos of Bacolad City, Philippines, was exhibited in recent years as "Octoman". He has three legs and four arms, although one of his legs is missing below the knee. His twin also has a head consisting of an ear and a small patch of hairy scalp, attached at his sternum.
