I was 21 stone eight months ago and I am at 17 now, seeing this, i have to keep going. My poor insides. I hope at 30 i can reverse some of this damage.

British- not English. England is only one of the countries that make up the UK and as a Scot I watched this too. Sorry to be pedantic but it’s a big bear of mine that Americans think the UK or Britain is only England. |
