I think we've all heard of the saying, "The right thing to do is always the hardest." It is true for many situations. If it is hard for you to talk about and explain your mental issues, maybe that's exactly what you need to do. If you don't help yourself, no one will. Letting angst, resentment, sadness and frustration to fester inside will only make the road to mental balance even longer. I mean, look what happened to Darth Vader. |
