Norwegian Scabies
Norwegian scabies (crusted scabies) is an acariasis caused by a severe form of ordinary scabies, and is characterized by an unfavorable course, the appearance of thick, dense dirty gray scales on the affected skin, and the absence of itching; sometimes a polymorphic rash or erythroderma is observed.

Those are the most disgusting finger toes, with rotted cauliflower that I've seen in my life! Time to amputate I wonder if it could get shaved off if they soaked their feet for a few hours and wrap with lotion and saran for a week
