My ex girlfriend once had a roach in her ear.

I've seen a few of the bugs in ears cases on those ER shows.

One man kept shreiking until they figured it out.

Cockroaches were his biggest fear and was literally paralyzed with fear. I have not been able to find a good video of it.

When I see those shows I want to take my ears shut

Sounds exactly like an episode of The Monsters Inside Me, a man started having severe headaches that wouldn't go away, even with pain medication. Then one day he realizes he can feel something moving in his head. So he makes an appointment with a doc....5 botfly larvae in the guy's noggin.
