No Arms/body WTF
Young Ali Abbas, twelve-years-old and being treated at the Baghdad Hospital, has lost both arms during the American bombing of the city and has sustained serious burns over his body. His parents, brother, three cousins, and three other family members died during the attack.

the rest of the body is covered, you can vaguely see it under the translucent sheet .. its not possible to live OR even be treated when the heart cavity is open and/or missing with the best of doctors, let alone sand people medicine doctors.  |

Looks to be the unfortunate victim of a terrible burn. His body is coated in some form of thick substance.

I wouldn't want to live if I was him, not because of the injuries, but for the fact that pretty much his entire family is dead.
