It is somewhat strange that breast augmentations are able to be performed if a woman wants larger breasts, and they can also get cosmetic vaginal surgery (such as a Labiaplasty, or some "revirginization" or whatever), yet if a man wants a larger penis, he is out of luck. If I remember correctly, most penile construction takes skin grafts from one's forearm, so you have scars there. Sometimes they do the inner thigh, but either way, it's so invasive and doesn't really look natural, unlike breast implants that typically don't look horrible. |

Wrong size implants for a man's body most likely. I've seen a much worse case. I believe the man is from Italy and the, "doctor", was not a doctor and put large women's implants into his body.
