MesaGrande, These people should wear shoes that completely cover their feet, and keep them clean.

These are poor and unclean places and some people have never had a pair of said shoes.

Nasty, but, I found some who had other affected body parts, added above, and some info here.

Bugs laying egg sacs under your skin? That's so gross and creepy. They should give these people razor blades, also.

That way they can pull them out before their feet get so deformed.
