Re: Newborns Suffer Withdrawal, Too
Sad stuff.. My GF's Mother has been raising my GF's Brother's daughter since she was born.. The mother was addicted to heroin, all trimesters.. Hospital had to actually taper her off of it.. And The Baby's grandmother (GF's mom) had to take her all the time for medicine for it to get her tapered off it when she was a baby. She's now 4 yrs old. Has a TON of behavioral problems.. This is one of those things that disgust me... |

Re: Newborns Suffer Withdrawal, Too
I forget what I was looking for, but, one popped up, then several. Not my intention, but, I tend to find sad stories about babies and children all the time. They broke my heart, too. I feel nothing but disgust for the supposed, "parents," as always. |

Re: Newborns Suffer Withdrawal, Too
As the husband of a woman who once worked in the intensive care unit for the newborns (neonatal intensive care unit) and had to deal with many babies suffering from withdrawals I can say there needs to be severe punishment for these trash bags. Make it a criminal offense right after the government takes away all government assistance for convicted felony convictions, this would solve quite a few issues.
