im going to say its anencephaly...i may be wrong but im pretty sure thats wat it is
It is anencephaly... but the baby also has an additional defect called rachischisis where the vertebrae aren't formed correctly and the head is fused to the shoulders like that.

remember to take your folic acid before and during your pregnancy.
Exactly right, my sister has Spina Bifida. But this happens from a folic acid deficiency within the first two weeks of conception. Before anyone even knows they're pregnant usually.
