33 year old pedestrian was hit by a vehicle which resulted in near total amputation of his right arm.

After orthopedic stabilization, repair of median and ulnar nerve as well as flexor and extensor compartment tendons were repaired. Radial nerve and artery were intact. Venous outflow was reastablished. Patient had excellent perfusion post operatively with 100% saturation utilizing pulse oximetry. Note the intact flexor arcade of the hand indicating all tendons repaired.
