I doubt he's a burn victim, since the rest of his visible skin looks okay - maybe some kind of accident coupled with an intense MRSA infection? Just a guess though. I can't see how he's still alive.

the brain is the only part of the human body that doesnt have nerve endings so, he wouldnt have felt it , and i rekon this deserves a sticky everyone hassle chris about it
