Me too! If I had funds enough that I could live comfortably I would absolutely help people who need something! Even not having much I still try to do small things... but I would really love to have enough cash to change someone's life for the better, like getting health care for this woman.
They don't even need to know it was me.
I just hope, even though we don't hear about it, that people who are super rich are doing things like that all the time...

Just another post showing that chemo does not work. Here this lady is with her breast exploding and she seems to be in decent shape, yet others get one tiny lump, and have the whole breast removed and have chemo only to die a few months later.
