There are so very many causes for skin rash that it is hard to be sure what caused your rash. When I was camping on the east coast (near Jacksonville) the mosquitos were a problem so I would spray myself with "OFF" and one night in frustration I over did it a bit and the next morning I had some strange all over rash. I also once got a horrid rash cause I let my stepson wash my clothes. Seems he tripled up on soap and used the economy load setting. So your rash could be from detergent? If you exercise and sweat and your shirt has soap residue that could cause a reaction. And you did say that you felt no discomfort.

seems like a sypmtom of HPV. Are you a sexually active person? When was the last time? If the last, a month. Then its true.
