what a sadistic fucking doctor!!!! did you see the x-ray, that nail had a nice little curve to it.
So as he's turning it like a top with the forceps, he's probably is further tearing that wound! freezing or not.... you would still feel the pressure of that metal rubbing on your finger bone with every turn!
