Mystery Wound

I found this, seemed interesting enough.

In sept. 2001 I was working as a machinist in a feedscrew plant and was helping to direct a large bar of steel that was in an over head crane whit my hand resting on the end of the screw the strap busted and the screw ripped my arm up over my head and in between the steel and the machiine , as a result my arm and hand were crushed . Over the period of 1 year I had 21 surgerys to repair all od my muscles and nerves so i could use my arm again , well while in the hospital I contracted a staph infection in my wound , I did months of IV antibiotics threw a pic line in my chest , I was devistated I had a new baby at home i couldnt even be with. well over years the incision in my arm would open up, and the doctors would close it , staples stitches ect. over and ove until they where to the point that there was no more skin to pull together so i was left with a lage hole in my forearm/
I had 9 skin graphs that would literally liquify and fall off in the first 24 hours , i did whirlpool therapy, packing , vacums , and even hyperbaric chambers , nothing worked . I have used ever kind of dressing you can imagine nothing , so after seeing several top notch specialists I was literally told they did not no what to do anymore. I have spent thousands of dollars on doctors and dressings and I have suffered from this for going on 8 years It has caused me not to be able to go to the beach with my kids , to take a shower with out holding my arm out of the water , it has stopped every normal activity that one dose with there arm
It goes on to say that a magic honey serum healed up his arm, and now it is fully closed, although I'm skeptical. The 'after' image looked extremely photoshopped.

Re: Mystery Wound

Why no 'after' photo?

How can we properly scoff, ruminate and speculate without an 'after' photo?

I ask you. Hmm?

I mean, really!

Re: Mystery Wound

It looks like something out of an old sci-fi movie.

Re: Mystery Wound

This picture can be rendered real for a number of reasons. For starters, there's swelling and buckling of the skin around the edges of the wounds. Also, there's so much detail inside the wound, I doubt if it were fake that they'd put so much into it when only a certain amount of people would see it. Here is the after photo.
