You can see a maggot crawling right out of his ear after he finished digging in there..there are so many that they are literally bubbling out from his caved in scalp, and that crater in his forehead, not to mention the hundreds that have fallen out and are wriggling about in the turban that he had his head wrapped in, If you look closely the maggots have begun to burrow and channel their way under the skin from the scalp and are moving about in his face, you can see them moving under the skin and passing under holes/cuts/gashes etc in his face. It's no wonder he is rubbing the side of his face along with poking at the maggots in his ear.. The Poor man, I cannot wrap my brain at what that must feel like,,I am scratching like mad right now !
