Definitely the flesh eating disease as someone else mentioned. I thought it was a man I had seen on tv who had a surgical instrument about 12-14 inches left in his stomach and he got the infection. I cannot figure out what sex this person is.

that looks like a case of neglect to me...pressure sore gone tits up big time...prob just sat in a chair or laid on bed for few weeks etc and this is the consequence...one thing for sure ..it fucking awful and turned my guts .
