omg, i thought they cut your tonsils out, not burn them... i want mine out so bad but this is giving me second thoughts..
They can do it either way.
My surgeon told me that getting them burned out hurts WAY less than getting them cut out. But I do NOT recommend getting them out period unless you absolutely have to. Good luck

I haven't been able to eat at all. Drinking water hurts too much. It's just all around hell.
