i get these about 3 times a month. usualy i have to get a q-tip in there which makes me gag terrible, once in a while they come out on their own. mine range in size from pea - pinky nail size. Theyre annoying and smell like shit if you never get them be thankful!

It doesn't hurt, it feels like something is stuck in yer throat, I had my tonsils out last summer for this very reason, was told I had chronic tonsillitis my whole life, I always thought I just got lots of sore throats. To the OP, you prob need your tonsils out, go see the doc.

I'm one of the unlucky few who get the big ones constantly. Tonsiloliths are a good reson for doctors to remove them tonsils, so go get em out! I'm about to do it mahself.
