Sharon, I know it would take a lot of effort and I don't know the statute of limitations on things either there or here but I sure would try again. (me being an asshole I know but damn that is fucking wrong)

We tried to. At the time in 1996, you couldn't get legal aid so we had to pay all legal fees. We shopped around and the cheapest was £12,000 My family and I just could not afford it. I tried again later on but they told me I was unfortunately too late Apparently, I would have received a 6 figure sum compensation payout.
are there no lawyers who take these things upon contingency?!

statute of limitations here in the US is seven years.

That was an absolutely ridiculous thing to post mrh I wouldn't wish all my crap on my worst enemy, that's how dreadful it is to live with and deal with in many ways. You know, my poor parents were told I would not make it. I did. Then I was told I'd never walk again. I beat that too. Please do not be so hard hearted and callous.

statute of limitations here in the US is seven years.
Here it is 5. It happened in September 1996 so that's a very over-due 15 years. Bugger it, I'll send out some emails!!
