I don't know how things work in your part of the world. You should get a concealed weapons permit and safety courses and buy your self a gun. Your doing this to protect your self and your family! that guy from the looks of the pictures need a real good ass kicking. Possibly moving would get rid of the problem. I have lived near neighbors like this once before! But low did they know i'm an old military brat. I don;t take shit from no one I don't care if they are 500 lbs of stupidity! Take up some thing to protect your self and get your family involved in that too.

I had some close friends go through this many years ago, druggie neighbour broke in, mother and daughter were stabbed. Guy got off with goddamn weekend detention.

They moved. But in addition, the daughter ended up joining the police force and had several of her coworkers sort this guy out.
