I would say if this story is accurate the neighbor needs to be committed to a mental institution as he is clearly a danger to others. If he has received no treatment for anger and mental issues while incarcerated he is likely still lethal. Also hire an attorney and sue him in civil court. I bet the PTSD would be more tolerable if you won a court case and his mothers home had to be sold to pay for your pain and suffering. Also get a good security system and your whole family should have cell phones at all times. I don't think this is your fault this guy seems like he might have severe issues with reality. Sometimes getting restraining orders or starting litigation will tip these guys over the edge you would have to weight that out yourself. I would talk to a personal safety advisor, a lawyer and your local law enforcement agencies. I would then call a psych. and get treatment. He terrorized you and violated your right to feel safe in your own home. He injured your father and daughter. You can't just get over it alone. If it were me I would sue him so that every-time he drew a paycheck there was a deduction from me. I would make sure that everyone in his town, my town and near by areas knew how unbalanced he was. I would do everything in my power to see he didn't get out of jail early, I would try to get him committed to the looney bin as soon as he is released. I would do anything in my power to protect my family. He tortured you, now torture him...be smarter than him though and do it legally. Be the mosquito that buzzes in his ear for the rest of his life. |

If I was you, I would somehow lure him into the house and then when he's inside, beat the shit out of him. Don't stop beating him until he's dead. Even when he's dead, continue smashing his face in. Make sure he's dead. Fuck it, even stab him if you feel like it. And then phone the police saying that he came into your house attacking your family, and that you acted in self defence. As he's done all these things to your family previously, I'm guessing the police will have all this information on their records. So they know what he's like. So if you tell them he came into your home attacking you and your family, they will believe that. And if you say you beat him to death in self defence in order to defend your family, you'll get away with it. Revenge is sweet. |
If he fucks with you again, shoot him in the knee, if that dosent work shoot him in both knees. He'll think twice before screwing with you again.
