Modified soldering iron... burned through...and through... I've seen cautery scissors used for this...but that... that was special... He looked like he was regretting it towards end of vid..Facial expressions were like... "fuck this hurts..wtf was I thinking?"   |

Friend of mine that was/is a tattooer did this back in 2003 - i thought about it but wisely did not let them. He had a permanent lisp afterwords and lost some of the sensation and taste in his tongue. Still, it would be fucking badass for oral sex.

I was thinking of having it done, but still not sure, not put of by the video or having it done, Im put of by the lisp or loss of feeling, but thye do look wicked!! expecially if you have a big tongue which i do!
