My Kidney Stone
I squeezed this bastard out a couple of months back. I know it's not particularly big but it wasn't the most enjoyable experience (it stung a bit). i put it next to a UK 5p piece for size comparison.

If you have never had one of these bastards go through you..you are lucky. They really don't hurt that much when they are in the kidney - the pain comes as they exit your kidney and rip their way down the ureter( like a thin piece of spaghetti) making their way to the bladder. Those sharp, jagged edges as seen in the photo above tear the inside of the ureter up and it feels like your midsection is in a great, terrible vice. The pain of it knocks some people out.

Tell me about it. I've had them six times. The first two times left me in the foetal position on the floor. After that, when I feel the telltale ache in my middle back, I just drink a fucktonne of water, hold my bladder until I think I'm going to burst, then take a monster piss. It usually clears the stone out of the ureter in to the bladder, and then I piss it out from there.
