That is a later border IGT (R) great toe.. The flesh that is inflammed on the lateral border is called "proud flesh" it becomes infected because there is a nail under causing the inflammation. It doesnt look like you removed it completly. I have literally removed hundreds of these.. You need to have a local anesthesia and remove the remaining part of the nail or you will not resolve.. A BSAB (Broad Spectrum Anti-Biotic) for staphalcocus organisms like keflex would be appropriate for about 1 week. |

There are a few ingrown toenail surgeries on here. In one, they stuck a long thin thing down the infected side of the toe. Very interesting. Guys - take care of your feet! We women go to a lot of trouble to be nice and soft all over for you. It feels nasty against our skin, barring your medical issues. |

I got one of those skin tag things on my back I wanna cut of but I can't reach it and my wife won't cut it off... too lazy to go to the doctors.. I m looking for a pair of really long scissors...:o
