Re: My Ingrown Toenail

I love when members share their own stuff.. not stuff found online. we should get a section for member stuff within the medical section.. old and new threads.. What say you, mods? Yay????
I like that idea. Ive got a few things i would post in a section like that.

Re: My Ingrown Toenail

I know it's not the gore y'all are used to (edit - on second thought, I'm not even sure I'd consider it gore) - I hesitated posting it because of that.

Then again, I tried sharing it on Facebook and that didn't go well - my pregnant sister in law hates my guts now

But definitely I'd say yes to Brometheus' post/idea/suggestion.

Re: My Ingrown Toenail

Your feet are begging you for some lotion.
Tell me about it. Definitely something I need to take better care of (and I was wondering why the hell that area was real itchy lately ).

Out of curiosity, was your surgery covered by government healthcare?

I ask because apparently it's not covered here anymore and I was surprised to learn I'll have to pay $160 to get the procedure done. I know it's not much at all in the grand scheme of things - for lack of a better term - nevertheless, my sister had it covered a few years ago.
