Re: My Husband's Little Accident...

Damn, looks like he tried to pull the knife out of someone's hand by grabbing the blade. Maybe someone was threatening to stab him and he grabbed the blade when emotions were running high and then he was sliced during the altercation. Who could possibly slam a knife down unwittingly on their own hand. Seems more likely that an argument ensued and a very emotional woman either threatened to kill herself or stab the man, maybe only threatening not really intending to, meanwhile a very prideful male in the wrong state of mind maybe drunk or close to it decides to be the hero and then...this seems much more likely, just saying, not calling anyone a liar, just saying...
Not at all, my friend. We were just bickering while making dinner. And to put it bluntly, he threw a temper tantrum and went to slam the knife down - point first and didn't hold onto the handle tightly enough. So his hand slid down the blade. If he had tried to grab the knife from me or whatever, then the worst slice would have been on his index finger, not his pinky. I'm not emo - I would never even think of threatening to harm myself. =P He's just immature at times and can't handle his emotions very well. I think he has learned his lesson. hahaha And also - he doesn't drink - so no drunken incidents happen here.

Re: My Husband's Little Accident...

How long will it take before he can get some normal movement back in his hand?
You'll have to post pics of it when it's healed

Re: My Husband's Little Accident...

He's doing physical therapy about 4 times a week. He can touch his index finger to his thumb - almost. It'll definitely take some time. But it's healing really well. Looks way better now. I'll get some new pics later tonight.

Re: My Husband's Little Accident...

Even a lady with "chicken" arms can fuck a dude up pretty easy with the help of a knife. Looks like you tried attacking him and he got defensive wounds to his hands..j/k
