My Husband's Little Accident...
So... we were making dinner earlier tonight. We were arguing a little - nothing major. He got mad and decided he would slam the large knife down that he was holding. Well, didn't turn out so well! I'll post after pics tomorrow. He was transferred to another hospital to see a hand surgeon. He may not have full use of his fingers. We shall see! I'll keep you guys updated!   ·  · |

I'd've smacked him, too, just for hurting himself and scaring the shit outta me! Doesn't he know that he HAS to take better care of himself and not get hurt!? You should spank him, properly and put him in a corner . . . after they fix his hand. |

So... the specialist wasn't at the hospital last night. He has to call today and find out when they can get him in. Meanwhile, he's got a lame cast-like thing covering his hand. The most hilarious part of the night - on my way back over the hospital, I get a phone call from the county police - asking questions about what happened. The whole ride there I'm thinking that they think we were brawling or something and trying to make it seem like he's abusive. So, I get there - I have a little chat with the cop and it turns out, they thought I had attacked HIM! Hah!! I was like "Dude, really? Look at my chicken arms - he's in the Army and has training - do you really think I would even attempt that??" I laughed at him. He was a decent guy and had already assumed by examining my husband's cuts that it wasn't likely that I was the one who had done it. The cop told me he got some good pictures... I'm about to email/call him and see if he'll send them too me.  Sorry for the crappy quality of the last pics - all I had on me was my Blackberry. I'll be using my Panasonic Lumix (14 mega pixels w/ an 8x optical zoom!) for the next pics! |
