The swelling is going down quickly now. It starts going back up if he tries to be vertical for too long so I have him in bed with it propped up. He doesnt have the nausea today either. Perhaps he will get to go back to work Sat. |

A lot of times they will deliver a "warning" bite it seems and the victim will get little to no actual venom injected. The absence of bruising and discoloraion is usually how they can determine if it is just a bite or if the victim has been injected. That was what the doc was telling me anyway. They also get the anti-venom from sheep on a special farm out west. Who knew. |

Remember when you showed me the shoes he wore and I said I liked them but I prefer a higher top? Perhaps he wasn't wearing any at the time if it got him on the heel. |
