My Hand Got Caught In A Table-Saw.. OUCH
I install hardwood floor for my part-time job, and as i pushing a piece through, the blade hit a knot and shot back towards me, unfortunately i was still holding onto the wood when it went through and my hand just followed. The first thing i did at the hospital was get my dad to take a pic of my hand so i could post it here |

Re: My Hand Got Caught In A Table-Saw.. OUCH
You were really lucky. Kick back is a bear and usually happens when you're in a hurry. Building a set of stairs for a bar, going down to a boat Put-in, my partner wasn't watching and dropped the blade of a chop saw down on his hand. He caught three arteries and one tendon. He didn't need reconstruction because he had an additional tendon doing the same job!! (He watches now)
